What’s New
I’m done giving the html template another try so I’m putting it out of my misery. I’m so focused on my move and the training calls for WBES and all the other interviews I’m doing that I’ve let getting a new template slide.

This week’s featured article was inspired by a movie I really wish I hadn’t watched, “No Country for Old Men”.  Have you ever ordered a movie and then let it sit because you weren’t quite sure if you really wanted to see it?

Well, I let that one sit for what may have been about a month.  I started out by just looking away and then graduated to leaving the room and then to fast forwarding.  It was a little too much for me.

Anyway, besides the performances being excellent, what really stuck with me for days afterward was the coin toss.  It happened twice. And I kept thinking about what it really said about those people and human nature, so that’s our
article for today.  I hope it inspires you to click over to my log and post a comment.

I’m wondering if you’re as tired of reading this as I am of saying it, but I’m still getting ready for my move to Maui. I did some packing of the personal bookcases in my bedroom and packed my office supply closet, but until I know exactly when I’m leaving it’s hard to pack up too much more of my office.

Tuesday night I interviewed Fran Harris on how you can have a 6 or 7 figure speaking business without ever getting paid to speak for the training call series for Women’s Business Empowerment Summit and the call stopped recording while I was still doing the intro, so I’m checking to see if Fran is available to redo the call.

If you haven’t signed up for the calls yet, you’ll get the link to the call and the replays in your welcome email.  Next week I’ll be interviewing Norma Hollis on finding your authentic voice and how that leads you to wealth.

http://www.WomensBusinessEmpowermentSummit.com

The interview Rick Frishman from Planned TV Arts did with me last week is still available for replay. Call 507-726-3837 We talked about the summit and also how to discover your passion and create a blueprint for the life of your dreams.  It turned out to be a conversation I haven’t had with anyone else, so I think you’ll find it interesting.

Last night I was interviewed by Carolyn Ellis, on “Your Dream Career.” I know divorce is an issue that some of you are facing as well, so I wanted to be sure you knew about this. So if you registered for that call last week, I’m sure Carolyn will be forwarding you the replay details.

On May 27th I’ll be interviewed by Selma Santos for her series, “Honoring and Loving our Children around the World” You can get information on that call at this site:  http://instantteleseminar.com/?eventid=2962794

Remember to join the conversation on my blog where you’ll also find each week’s ezine posted for your comments.

The Coin Toss: Why You Can’t Decide and What It’s Costing You

In life you have to be decisive. There are consequences no matter what you choose and I hope you realize that even telling yourself you’re not going to make a decision is a decision that has it’s own consequences. Sometimes you don’t know what the ramifications of your action or inaction until you get down the road a ways and can look back while in others situations it is immediately clear.

There were 2 scenes in the movie “No Country for Old Men” that illustrated 2 different outcomes, but not so different in the way they played out. The problem with both of the ‘victims’ in these scenes is that neither one of them wanted to make a decision. One victim didn’t decide and her fate was different than the guy who after much threatening was bullied into making a decision that saved his life.

That’s what it looks like to live from a place of fear.

I can guarantee you that a person who has achieved great success in life or amassed great wealth would have responded quickly. Why? Because they are aware of their surroundings. They pay attention to all the verbal and non-verbal cues when they are having a conversation and they would have made a decision about this stranger who was confronting them with this choice before he ever asked the question.

They also trust their gut, their intuition, their higher self, whatever you want to call paying attention to the Universe.

Part of being an intelligent risk taker is learning to be flexible, resourceful and resilient. To achieve a breakthrough to free yourself from the locks that have up until this point prevented you from reaching the level of success you’d like to have in your life you’ll need to learn how to do what super successful people do. They respond creatively and imaginatively by seeing the big picture.

There’s no guarantee that every decision you make will be the right one, but your judgment gets better with practice and so do your odds of making good decisions for yourself. Successful are also able to bounce back from resistance rather than be broken by it. They think outside the box by being flexible enough to look at other perspectives and options.

Greatness comes from continuing through to the finish in the face of resistance. Flexibility gives you the power to return to your center. Your personal manifesto, which you received a special report on how to create when you signed up for this ezine, keeps you focused on who you are and what your purpose is.

Do you find yourself putting off making decisions that seem scary and you’re not sure how they are going to turn out?Stop it. I’m serious stop it now. Start stepping outside of the box and take a chance.

There are 3 questions to ask yourself:

  1. Ask yourself, “What’s the worst thing that could happen?”
  2. Then ask, “What will I do if it does?”
  3. Lastly, “What’s the est result I could get if I take action now?”

Now you have a plan of action for how you’ll handle it if the worst happens, which it rarely does. But the good part is, now you don’t have to worry about ‘what if” anymore because you have a plan. And most likely you realized that nothing that bad would happen anyway, so go for what you really want. Step up and step out and enjoy the success it brings.

I’ve linked to video clips of both scenes from Youtube.com so you can watch it.

In the first scene the killer, who immediately makes the man nervous, starts asking him simple questions that make him so nervous he wants to close up and run away. Then the killer asks the man to call the toss of the coin at one point in their conversation and the guy is so reluctant to call the coin toss because he needs to know first what he stands to win. You’ll see where it goes from there.

Video #1

The 2nd scene is with a woman. She tells him he has no cause to harm her. Given the same option of calling the coin, she refuses because she knows what’s going to happen. If she would have made a decision do you think the outcome may have been different?

Personal Success Strategy: Take a Millionaire to Lunch

Take a millionaire to lunch and you may find a new mentor. Spending the money to be mentored by an expert is a key strategy to personal success and business success. In this past year, several new ideas I’ve had originated from the time and money I spent to be with successful mentors.

Mentors are invaluable. There is no such thing as a self-made millionaire. Everyone has had help with some phase of professional development. You can go a long way toward life mastery and business success with books, audios and home study courses. But eventually you will want to have mentors with whom you communicate and interact on a regular basis. There are great professional development mentors to be found right in your own hometown.

Make a list of those people who intrigue you with their achievements in business success. Then, ask the first one for coffee or a lunch meeting. Repeat this process with each one as you refine your professional development questions to get the most out of the time you spend together.

And, don’t forget to ask how you can be of service to each of these people.

When I was beginning this process, I was surprised that busy, successful people were willing to take the time to share their secrets of personal success with me. All you have to do is ask! You may be surprised to find they will even pass on to you professional development strategies that they have learned from their mentors.

An attitude of openness to possibility is essential. Keep your eyes and ears open, and have enough faith in yourself to make quick decisions and go for it. Don’t ever be afraid to pay someone for his or her knowledge.

The rewards you reap in saving years of trial and error, not to mention the strong possibility that you may never learn on your own the personal development strategies that they are willing to teach you, is more than worth the investment.

Just a few weeks ago, I was at an event where I had the opportunity to network with some of the most brilliant marketers. Some were already friends and some I was meeting for the first time. We brainstormed about business and personal success over meals and in the hallways during breaks in the meetings and in the bar at night.

You’ll find that successful people love helping other people succeed. We all share an attitude of “let me tell you what’s working for me now” that allows everyone to take advantage of each other’s discoveries and business success strategies.

Yes, we’re all in the same business as marketers, speakers and authors; but we are building strategic alliances rather than looking at each other as competitors.

It’s a good idea to associate with the people who are already in the place of where you want to go. Only listen to people who have big goals for themselves and are willing to do what it takes to be successful. Don’t make the mistake of asking someone for advice who hasn’t done what you are planning to do.

The Short Cut To Success

There’s one common theme that shows up over and over in emails, blog posts, Ask campaigns and phone calls. Year after year, it’s always the same. But I don’t think I ever realized the extent of what you were asking for, until now. Do you know what I’m talking about?

You want a short cut, not just a process, but a short cut for the system, a short cut for the program, the Cliff notes of the book, you want the magic pill.

Poof, it’s done.

Actually, now that I’m writing this I can think of a couple Internet marketing things I’d like that magic pill for myself, but I’ve never found one and I don’t believe it really exists.

I’m not saying it’s an inherently bad thing to want it boiled down to the barest of effort, to almost eliminate the learning curve. I know it’s not that you’re lazy. I get that you’re totally and frustratingly overwhelmed. There’s way too much information and too many offers and too many programs that say you can’t live without this new and improved tool that will instantly transform your business.

In very few instances that may be true.

But it’s not always possible. Most of the time there is some level of work on your part and a learning curve involved. How much time, money and effort will vary depending on what you’re doing and also to a certain extent what level of success you choose to achieve.

You do consciously or sub-consciously choose your level of success by choosing your level of commitment and the level of education you decide to buy. Yes, I said buy, because most high level education that leads to lasting success is something you buy. From a $7 report to a $100,000 a year mentoring program. You choose.

I understand your financial ability plays a role in what you buy, but you need to understand that your financial situation will rarely shift on it’s own without you taking a leap of faith and possibly putting something on a credit card, or a few credit cards. In the first 2 years I was learning this business I built up quite a library of resource that helped me grow and I was initially putting out a lot more money than I was taking in. I took a leap of faith. Without doing that I don’t believe I would be where I am today.

Most people need more to be successful than just one quick fix and that’s what I’ve been thinking about the last few days. I’ve been asking myself how can I put together all the different pieces I teach into a cohesive package that delivers exactly what you need.

So I’ve laid all the piece out here for you. If you think there’s one you need right now grab it and run with it.

There are 4 areas that will help you build your business and also allow you to live the life of your dreams. It’s a process and you need to cover all four areas to sustain the success you build.

1. Introspection: Who are you? What do you want in your life? What will make you change?

2. Out-Picturing: What is your passion? How are you going to design and create the life of your dreams? What will the business be that funds all this?

3. Sales and Communication Skills: How are you going to speak to your target market about what you’ve created? What kind of branding, marketing materials, sales copy, talks, presentations are you going to create to bring in new clients? What is going to be the foundation of how you speak your business in the world? How will you learn to effectively communicate with your clients?

4. Putting It All Together and Growing: Where will you get the tools, strategies, and training to continuously take your business and your life to the next level?

That’s why I created “Women’s Business Empowerment Summit” and men do attend, more every year.

Here’s some of your comments that have been keeping me up at night working on a way to put it all together to give you the easiest, most streamlined solution:

“I’ve spent the last 2 years or so chasing the wind online (and spending a ton!) but learning all the “outer ring” aspects like marketing, sales copy, writing articles, etc., etc., etc.I just can’t find “that” niche for me.”

“I feel like I’m tied up because once I get that piece of the puzzle I think I could move rather quickly. But like you said, most of the material out today doesn’t really show or teach you how to dig that out…most assume you already have that or just tell you to use PLR materials which I really don’t want to do.”

“I know I have side stepped topics in the past because of ‘this has already been addressed’ only to see someone else recycle the topic in a new package.”

“you are talking directly to me about the “expert” that discourages you from getting out there with your message.”

“I have always been known as an “ideas” guy, but I am miserable at putting things into action.”

“…multiple interest, but when it comes to narrowing choices down and implementation, I fail miserably”

“To actually hone in on a certain niche, and be able to express my single most passion has been a trying journey. Spending untold dollars on courses on both personal development, and learning the ways of internet marketing has been continual, but now it is time to stop and just go for it.”

“Converting one’s true passion into a monetarily successful reality can be daunting.”

All 4 elements are essential even if you feel like you have one specific piece that’s holding you back. The thing is, you’re willing to go there at a different rate of speed and to a different depth than someone else may be. And then there are the fears-known or unknown-that have kept you where you are right now, or at least moving forward much slower than what’s possible for you. Honestly, if it wasn’t scary for you on some level, you would have already done it. And most often the blocks you are aware of are the symptoms, not the cause.

If you’re ready to get your life on track and build a business that will have a solid foundation, then the best way to do that is to take the weekend and get it done. If you want everything all wrapped up into one neat little package, a stripped down ‘essentials only’ system to getting past all the concerns that are expressed in the comments below, I’ve been listening to the requests for a live event.

If you’re interested in being notified when and if this is going to take place (the Bay area seems to be the spot), send me an email with “count me in” as the subject line. With my move to Maui, I’m looking at my schedule to see if I can make it work to do this in June.

The questions you want to ask yourself are, “how much is it costing me to take lesser action in my life today than what I know is possible? And how long am I willing to settle for less?”

It is possible to move past all of these concerns in a matter of hours, just one short weekend. Are you ready?

Before You’re Ready to Create Product You Have to Create You

Reply to Van’s comment on yesterday’s post:

It’s 7:00PM and I just finished a day of mentoring that I’m doing at my house this weekend. I know you want a worksheet, I’d want one too, but it’s not possible. I put 110% of my knowledge and my energy into delivering exactly what you need to get where you want to go. It’s not a cookie cutter process. Why? Because I’m working with real people and we go deep to clear the block that have prevented you from already being where you want to go.

Today we worked on exactly what you’re talking about Van, the internal blocks that prevent you from moving forward. It’s not anything that can be boiled down to a worksheet unfortunately. I appreciate the level of honesty and candor you were willing to show in your comment. That say a lot about your desire to have a shift in your life.

It’s a very individualized process. Everyone is willing to go there at a different rate of speed and to a different depth. It can be challenging and scary. Honestly, if it wasn’t scary for you on some level, you would have already done it. Especially since you’re already clear on what a couple of your blocks are, but really they’re just the symptom, not the cause.

And you’re not alone. We talked about those same issues today.

If you’re ready to get your life on track and build a business that will have a solid foundation, then the best way to do that is to take the weekend and get it done. I may possibly arrange to do something in the Bay area next month if I get feedback that enough people are ready to move forward.

If you’re not that serious or you’re in no hurry, buy my book and do all the exercises, which depending on how close you are, could make some instant shifts, but it will at least start a different internal and external conversation for you.

The book in itself can change the quality and focus of your life if you do all the exercises and take the action steps. It would be very powerful if you and your wife both did it. Then when you’re ready, take the weekend and come and get it done.

The reality is, very few people can do it on their own and they end up spending a lot more time and money trying to do it cheaper, but it doesn’t work and after a couple year’s they’re still in the same place wishing things were different or still looking for a magic bullet to instantly create a business.

The difficulty is not in creating the products. It’s in the discovery process that gets you to the point of creating the product and the foundation of removing the blocks and the introspection and personal development that gets you ready for the success you’ll achieve so you don’t get to a point and sabotage yourself and create one of those famous ‘made it, lost it and had to make it again’ stories.

3 Ways to Position Yourself When There’s Already a Big Guru In Your Topic

I agreed with the comment posted on my last post by Steve Pohlit so I thought I’d hop over to his blog and comment.

Once I was there I decided I had more to say on this and wanted to share it with you.
My post on Steve’s blog:

You commented, “I know I have side stepped topics in the past because of ‘this has already been addressed’ only to see someone else recycle the topic in a new package.”

I wanted to share with you that this is incredibly common. So many times a person feels that there is already a guru at the top of that topic and they are not at that person’s level. And what happens is they abandon that topic altogether, when there are several ways to position yourself as an expert in that situation.

In fact, you’ve just inspired me to write a blog post about that right now so I can tell my readers as well how to do that.

Thanks Steve!

Ok, so there are 3 ways you can enter a market that in your mind already has a huge guru that you don’t want to compete with or don’t believe you can-see, there are those beliefs again.

1. What does this guru say that you disagree with?

2. Where is there a gap in this guru’s system or where do you see a step missing?

3. What new information do you have to add to this topic that would make a difference to your audience?

Let me give you an example. I had a client who came to into my process thinking that her topic was gardening. In her mind she had a passion for it and thought she could write an ebook. That in itself is a small, very easily attainable goal.

But once we started going through the process, what showed up was that she was extremely passionate about helping blue collar people, like herself, build huge financial reserves and move toward financial independence on a very low salary. She had a gift she didn’t recognize.

Why? Because to her it was just something she did! She’d not only done this for herself, she’d done it for relatives, co-workers and countless people at church and never thought it was anything to get paid for or a possible business.

It’s the same story over and over with so many clients. It takes a mentor who knows the right questions to ask to pull out what’s already inside you and show you the magnificence of the knowledge and talent that you’ve either ignored or discounted. The world needs what you have to share, they’re waiting for you. And yes, I’m talking to YOU!

That big guru isn’t the be all and end all for every person. You have your own perspective on the topic that will draw a different segment of the market to you. You may have a style of speaking or a simplicity to the way you present the material that makes you you more understandable than any other guru who’s ever taught on this topic.

My client said, “You mean everybody doesn’t know this?”, as she glanced around the table at the other mentees with their mouths hanging open. She couldn’t believe this was something she could get paid for and the rest of the table couldn’t understand how she didn’t know what a gift she had. And yet they were soon to discover, neither did they.

That’s what I do. I see these gifts in people. It’s very easy for me to have a conversation with you, have you do some exercises and I can see what’s inside of you that you can’t access by yourself. I also can see the whole product line unfolding in my head as we talk. I don’t question it, I just pay attention and tell you what I see and then help you create it. And yes there was a time that I just did it for free-I did a lot of this for free…because I didn’t think it was any big deal, it came so easily to me.

I have never found anyone that didn’t have a topic they were passionate about that was also profitable that could be turned into product.

So don’t discount yourself because you’re not the big cheese. When the gurus started out neither were they. And yet they believed in themselves enough to take a chance, take a stand, step into their power and go for it.

Look at what’s holding you back from throwing your hat in the ring. It’s not because someone bigger is already there. That’s an excuse.

If you need help, I’m here.

Personal Growth Quiz: Test Your Level of Self-Esteem

A few days ago I wrote a comment on Kevin Nation’s Big Ticket Mastermind site. At the end of my comment on the topic of marketers ability to communicate their true value I said, “The other part of this that comes up over and over with my clients is their lack of belief in their level of expertise, or feeling undeserving of getting paid big bucks for what they do.”

Over the weekend I kept thinking about what I had posted about beliefs which led me to think about how your beliefs impact your self esteem.

So I wanted to give you the opportunity to take this self-esteem quiz that you’ll find in my book, “Breakthrough to Success; 19 Keys To Mastering Every Area of Your Life“. Please share your thoughts by commenting on this post.

Every day I hear people from all walks of life saying things that literally cut them off from their own personal growth and total abundance. Things like, “I just can’t seem to get ahead,” or “I can’t believe I always do such stupid things.”  Hearing those things is such a shame because it’s so unnecessary.

If you were fully aware of how you talk to yourself and talk to the world about who you are, you’d be shocked. We’re all guilty of this to some small degree, but for many their self-talk is debilitating.

Take a minute to answer these questions:

  1. Are you talking yourself out of living your fullest life with the self-concept you’ve created?
  2. Who do you tell yourself you are with your self-talk?
  3. Which of the following scenarios is closest to your self-talk?
  • Maybe you are saying to yourself, “This is the year I’m going straight to the top,”
  • “This is the year I become a superstar”
  • “I’ve got everything going for me and this is my year”
  • “Things don’t look like they’re going to be much better this year; in fact it might be a little worse than last year,”
  • “Maybe it’s time for some belt tightening; I don’t want to take any chances”
  • “You never know what could happen, better to be safe than sorry.”

Is there any doubt in your mind which of these examples shows the confidence that will build self-esteem, and which are the ones that demonstrate low self-esteem?

Here are a couple more personal development questions in follow-up:

•    Which type of self-talk creates a better atmosphere for personal success and living an abundant life?
•    What do you think is the difference in income and professional development between people with these two types of self-talk?
•    What goals do you think each of these people possesses?
•    Who is having more fun and excitement?
•    Who do you want to be?

Your level of self-esteem sets the personal success bar for everything about you. Every decision you make is filtered through your self-concept. Your self-concept is the out-picturing of your self-esteem.

Take a look at just eight reflections of your level of self-esteem:

1.    Your career choice
2.    Your friends
3.    Your primary relationship with another
4.    Your level of income
5.    Your home
6.    Your car
7.    Your free time and hobby choices
8.    Your vacations

Changing what you believe about yourself will change your life in an instant.

Build self-esteem and you will build your self-concept. But, your self-concept requires attention and care to be maintained. It’s not as simple as saying you feel good about yourself and that’s the end of it.

Do you know that your self-talk comes at the rate of a magazine page of text every single minute of the day? That’s a lot of talking to yourself! If you fill your mind with positive input, it’s a pretty good bet that most of your self-talk will also be positive and foster personal and professional growth.

Use this personal growth quiz to become aware of your self-talk. By changing what you say to yourself and transforming what you believe about your personal success, you will automatically build self-esteem.

What Are the People In Your Life Mirroring For You?

In the last month I have met a lot of new people, online and at live events.  I have also reconnected with some who I have not seen in years. It’s been a heartwarming experience all the way around.  I’m energized by all the wonderful people I’m connecting with.

I’ve been officially divorced for almost 3 weeks now and I’ve been doing more than my usual amount of introspection, looking at my beliefs.  Those of you who know me, know I tend to be a little reserved; well, I’m coming out of my shell and I’m having a blast.

I’ve been doing some healing around relationships, and by the way, don’t think that there is a line between your personal and professional relationships, because there isn’t.

The great things is that what I’m noticing as I work on myself and being open to people is that the people who are showing up in my life are changing.  If I had to put it into one word, I would say they are sweet!  I find myself saying that word to describe people all the time now.  I have connected with some amazing people lately who I really enjoy spending time with.

And it all goes back to the people in your life being a mirror for what you are putting out.

So I invite you to look at what kind of mirror people in your life are holding up for you.  What are you putting out into the world?

In the spirit of beginnings, I decided the perfect topic this week would be Day 14 of “Change One Thing, Change Your Life; A Personal Transformation System”.

If you are not already using this system, let me give you a tip on how to get the most out of doing Day 14. I would suggest you meditate for a few minutes on the statement after reading the explanation below it. This will make it very easy for you to do the Personal Observations section next.

Answer the Personal Observation section in writing and in as much vivid detail as possible. The more detail you use to create your vision of your life, the more real it will become in your mind each time you review it. The more real it is to you, the quicker you will manifest it.

Allow at least 20 minutes to concentrate on the Day 14, rather than the usual 10-15 minutes. This visioning process is worth the extra time in what you will create.

Day 14: I have the perfect people in my life to mirror what I need to learn

Your life mirrors what you think about yourself in the people you associate with. Your relationships mirror how you think you should be treated. Your job mirrors what you feel is your level of contribution to the world. Your pay mirrors what you feel you deserve financially. Your choice of friends mirrors what you expect from life. The people that are drawn into your life reinforce what you hold as a picture of who you are and how you live. It mirrors what life means to you.

When you are open to changing the quality of your life you will see new people showing up. People you need to create new opportunities appear at just the right time. You will notice a difference in the kind of people you attract. You will also notice all the beliefs you are trying to change will show up to challenge you. Don’t allow yourself to be overwhelmed or sidetracked. This is a battle with your ego and possibly some of the people in your life who don’t want to see you change and grow.

Personal Observations Day 14

Decide what you want your life to look like and stick to your plan. The teacher always shows up when the student is ready. Be open to some very pleasant surprises as what you need to create the life you want begins to appear. Don’t be judgmental about the unexpected source.

Hold a vision in your mind of who you are growing to be and what you are growing to do. Picture yourself 5 years from now. What is in your life? Who are you in relationships with? What is the quality of these relationships? What kind of work do you do? How much money do you earn? What do you do for fun? What do you do to give back to the world? What contributions have you made to other people’s lives? What kind of house do you live in? Where is it? How do you feel about yourself? What do you see in your future? What do you still want to do that you haven’t done yet?

I’d love for you to share your thoughts here.

Also, this is the first product I created seven years ago and I still do the 40 day cycle of lessons every day.  You can find out more at www.LynnPierce.com/products.html

It’s that profound.  If you do it your life will change.

How do you juggle all the different projects in your life?

Things are very busy for me right now.  How about you?  Spring is a time for cleaning out the old and welcoming in the new.

In the next couple weeks I have a lot going on.  I’m doing an event at my home, 2 book signings, my birthday and moving to Maui.  Did I mention I have a lot of packing to do?

I’m turning 52 and every year I wonder if this will be the last year I’m happy about how old I am. I know a lot of women my age don’t like to broadcast their age, but I look at each year as gained wisdom and a rite of passage so I like to announce it.

I feel great, I’m happy with the way I look, the way my life is unfolding and I’m excited to see what the next year will bring.  Speaking of looks, this may sound really strange, but ever since I made the decision to move to Maui, I swear lines on my face are going away.  Could it be stress relief?

I’ll let you know the locations of book signings next week so you can come and see me if you’re in AZ.

I’m holding a small closed door intensive at my house teaching people turn their passion into cash by first discovering what that is, then consciously designing the blueprint for the life of their dreams and looking at how their business fits into that plan.

If you ever wondered how I do so many things at the same time with very little help, and keep my sanity, come and join us.  I can fit a couple more people.  There’s no sales page for this because I decided to do it during a special bonus call for people who had ordered my Turning Passion Into Cash CD and I wanted it to be strictly on the basis of it resonating with you, not a sales pitch.

You can listen and then email if you’re interested:
